HR Intern

Elite Talent is seeking a motivated HR Intern with 0–1 year of experience to support the HR team, with a primary focus on recruitment and HR administration. This role is suitable for entry level candidates who are looking to build a solid foundation in HR operations. Strong English communication skills are essential, and candidates holding HR-related certifications (such as Alison) are preferred.

Requirements

Recruitment Support

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.

Support CV screening and shortlisting under supervision.

Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with candidates.

Update recruitment trackers and candidate records accurately.

HR Administration

Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities.

Prepare basic HR documents and letters when required.

Organize and update HR records and internal databases.

General HR Support

Support daily HR operations and internal coordination.

Communicate professionally with candidates and team members, mainly in English.

Assist the HR team with ongoing tasks and HR-related projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0–1 year of experience in HR, administration, or recruitment support.

HR-related certifications ( Alisone,g..) are preferred.

Fluent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
