Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help scale and optimize the business across client delivery, operations, systems, and business development. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced agency environments and can operate across multiple areas of the business while driving structure, efficiency, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Systems
Evaluate and improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies across the business
Help streamline communication, project management, reporting, and delivery operations
Support implementation of scalable SOPs and operational best practices
Client Delivery & Agency Operations
Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations across multiple departments
Collaborate with client service and fulfillment teams to improve efficiency and customer experience
Ensure projects and deliverables remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company standards
Business Development & Growth
Assist in developing and optimizing business development systems and outreach processes
Support sales model development, pipeline management, and growth initiatives
Help identify new opportunities for operational scale and revenue growth
Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as an operations professional within a marketing, digital, creative, or service-based agency
• Strong operational leadership with exposure across client delivery, marketing, and business development
• Experience improving systems, workflows, and team processes in growing businesses
• Understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and operational efficiencies is highly preferred
• Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership teams in a hands-on environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategy with execution
