We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to help grow our client base and strengthen our market presence. This role combines business development, client engagement, and market insight, and will suit someone who enjoys building meaningful partnerships and translating client needs into impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Research and identify new business opportunities across a range of industries and sectors, using multiple channels to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, clearly articulating the company's offerings and how our solutions can support their business objectives.

Work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute targeted business development strategies.

Prepare and tailor pitches, proposals, and presentations to different client profiles and decision-makers.

Lead discussions with potential clients and guide opportunities through the sales process, from initial outreach to deal closure.

Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify industry trends, emerging client needs, and opportunities for growth. Use insights to refine sales approaches and expand the company's reach.

Requirements

Experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in a B2B environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.

Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable engaging with clients across different industries.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders while managing multiple opportunities in parallel.
