Asset Manager (자산관리) (AM3)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Handover processes for developed or acquired logistics assets; performing overall asset management duties.

Supporting lease negotiations and managing lease agreements and tenant relations.

Planning, reviewing, and process management for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Repair & Maintenance (R&M)

Developing operational strategies for logistics assets and managing budgets, including annual OPEX planning.

Managing cash flow, including rent, CapEx, R&M

Stakeholder coordination

Requirements

3 to 8 years of experience in asset management companies, Property Management (PM)

Degree in accounting or professional experience related to real estate funds.

English communication skills preferred

부동산 펀드 관련 회계 전공자 또는 경력 보유자 우대

업무에 대한 열정과 책임감을 갖추고 조직 친화력이 우수한 자
