Job Description

Job Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and growing strategic franchise accounts while driving lead generation and conversion within the food and beverages sector. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring franchise success, and identifying new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with key franchise partners and accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with brand standards
Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into franchise opportunities or business partnerships
Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth, market penetration, and profitability
Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support franchise growth and campaign execution
Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to assess performance and identify improvement areas
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance updates for management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development (preferably in food & beverages or franchising)
Strong understanding of franchise business models and operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
