Are you a hands‑on hospitality leader with strong operational capability and a particular strength in grounds and maintenance operations? Join the leadership team at Darlington Beach Holiday Park, supporting the General Manager in the smooth, safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation of this much‑loved coastal destination. To complement the existing team, this role is especially well suited to someone who brings confidence and experience overseeing grounds, maintenance or trades‑based teams, alongside proven people leadership capability.
You’ll work closely with department heads, step in operationally where needed and be confident to manage the Resort during the GM's days off or leave. This is a hands‑on, operational role, with broad exposure across all departments, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and being visible on the ground.
Previous leadership experience is essential, ideally within tourism, hospitality, accommodation or a similar operational environment
Demonstrated experience overseeing grounds, maintenance, trades or asset‑focused teams (or working closely with them)
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Head of Department or similar role
Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and remain visible on the ground

A practical, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, 7‑day operation
