Acumatica is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Reporting & Analytics to lead the strategy and evolution of reporting, analytics, and data access capabilities across the Acumatica ERP platform.
This is a high-impact, horizontal platform role responsible for owning the roadmap for core reporting technologies including Generic Inquiry (GI), Reports, Analytical Report Manager (ARM), Dashboards, and Pivot tables, as well as emerging capabilities such as data warehouse integrations and scalable reporting architecture.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering teams to modernize Acumatica’s reporting stack and deliver scalable, self-service analytics capabilities that allow customers and partners to efficiently analyze ERP data.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and drive the strategy for Acumatica’s reporting and analytics platform, evolving capabilities from tool-based reporting toward a unified, modern analytics experience.
Product Planning & Delivery
Work closely with engineering to define product requirements, functional specifications, and development plans.
Translate customer and partner feedback into product improvements and new capabilities.
Lead the delivery of reporting enhancements across the product lifecycle, including planning, development coordination, and release readiness.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, support, and partner teams to ensure reporting capabilities meet real-world ERP scenarios.
Customer Success & Expertise
Act as the subject matter expert for Acumatica reporting technologies.
Engage directly with customers and partners to understand reporting requirements, common implementation scenarios, and real-world analytics challenges.
Assist support and implementation teams with complex reporting use cases and escalations.
Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing related to reporting capabilities.
5+ years of product management experience in ERP, business applications, or analytics platforms.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, etc.
A strong understanding of the challenges of reporting on large transactional ERP datasets.
Comfort working with technical teams on query engines, data architecture, and reporting frameworks.
A track record of engaging with customers and partners to understand real-world reporting and analytics needs.
A strong balance of technical depth and business insights.
High organizational ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple teams.
Strong communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction.
