Get to Know the Role

The Malaysia Safety team supports Grab's business markets and operations in Malaysia and is responsible for all safety-related aspects of the platform. Through development and progress to the business processes, and products, we are committed to making Grab safer every day as it becomes the everyday super-app in the region. As a team, we also help influence the strategic direction of the company by supporting the top management with safety insights and advisory.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Quality Assurance: Audit historical case logs to ensure mandatory information (such as root causes and incident categories) is accurately captured and properly formatted.
• Database Cleanup: Perform manual data entry and corrections to fix formatting errors, incorrect tags, and missing fields in the safety management system.
• Taxonomy Alignment: Reclassify historical cases to align with the company's updated safety standards and reporting frameworks.
• Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs of completed tasks and flag recurring data issues to the project leads.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Open to students at all years of study, with priority given to final year students.
• Willing to commit min 12 weeks up to 4 months.
• Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.
