Are you a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer who enjoys building reliable, secure, and modern workplace platforms?

We’re looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Power Platform) to help us design and run solutions across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure. You’ll work close to both technical teams and the business, shaping platform capabilities and making sure services run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, solution design, and solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative environment.

Your role

Design, implement, and support solutions across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure services with focus on reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Ensure M365, Power Platform, and infrastructure services are operated according to agreed standards, policies, and security requirements.

Drive continuous service improvement activities across the Digital landscape in alignment with best practices and strategy.

Ensure adherence to IT security policies and architectural guidelines across all supported technologies.

Provide 3rd-level support for complex issues across Power Platform, M365, and infrastructure components.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure successful deployment of new or enhanced capabilities.

Support knowledge transfer and training for 1st and 2nd line support teams.

Stay updated on technological developments across Power Platform, M365, Azure, and infrastructure domains.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles.

Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related components.

Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI governance).

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, design and deploy new or enhanced platform capabilities.

Good understanding of security, identity (Azure AD / Entra), and platform operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex technical challenges.

Ability to work effectively in a complex technical environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Strong communication skills, both technical and business oriented.
