We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. They can be located anywhere however we prefer the Americas or Europe.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including lead generation, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, answering emails, Go High-Level setup, etc.. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like email, Zoom, Slack, Asana, etc.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Send personalized emails to client lists
Research according to direction to look for other technology businesses and send a LinkedIn message
Either create new lead list by searching a set business profile or following up with previously contacted clients
Make deadllines
Respond to emails and phone calls
Manage a contact list
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Perform market research
Create presentations, as assigned
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Understand how to do email outreach
Working knowledge of Go High Level and Instantly
