HR Administrator (6 month FTC) at Enable
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our Central Services team at Enable! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering high quality support, working with people, and helping to create a positive employee experience.

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smoothing running of day-to-day HR/People operations across the full employee lifecycle. You will ensure processes are completed accurately, efficiently and confidentially, while providing excellent customer service to colleagues and managers across Enable.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and being part of a supportive team.
Central Services ensures the company operates smoothly and assists in working towards Enables strategic direction. Supporting the various services that make up Enable, Central Services consists of small and high output teams including Human Resources, Marcomms, Operations and Finance. Together, these teams make up the foundation of our business, driving our mission and fostering growth and development.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records across HR Systems
Manage end to end employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, internal changes and the preparation of contracts, offer letters and other documentation.
Coordinate pre-employment checks and documentation, including right to work checks, references and DBS processing, ensuring compliance
Provide a professional first point of contact for HR queries, resolving routine matters and escalating where needed
Support the review, updating and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
Assist with HR projects, audits and other key people activities.
