Position Title: Salesforce Analyst

Work Arrangements: Hybrid 2-3x/week office (Taguig )

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and collaborative Salesforce Developer/Analyst to join our client's digital team. You’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce ecosystem and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of innovative and high-impact engagements. Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize the Fusion Framework built on Salesforce to support business use cases, workflows, and dashboards.

Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata.

Build and optimize custom components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.

Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules in accordance with security best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Support integration with external systems such as ServiceNow, email platforms, and data sources.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Maintain detailed system documentation and provide end-user support or training as needed

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.

Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework (Fusion Risk Management) or similar managed packages.

Strong background in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in translating business requirements into system functionality.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder.

Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including OWDs, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset, and deployment best practices.

Preferred: Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Outlook, or other third-party systems.

Preferred: Knowledge of Fusion-specific data models and resilience use cases.

Preferred: Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments.
