Industry Experience: Property / Real Estate (Preferred)
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer enquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Experience within the property or real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate is organised, empathetic, solution-oriented, and confident in managing client communications across multiple channels.
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Client Support
Experience in the property / real estate industry is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to work onsite at our BGC office and be comfortable working UK time hours.
