BPO - Telecom Sales Support Specialist (Hybrid Setup)

As a Telecom Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes—handling quotes, managing orders, and making sure everything moves from start to finish without unnecessary delays. Manage the full wireline order lifecycle—from order entry to acceptance, installation, and close-out—ensuring smooth and accurate service delivery
Provide timely and accurate order status updates to internal stakeholders, partners, and sales teams
Review and validate contracts to ensure accurate order submission and prevent delays
Coordinate closely with carriers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to move orders forward and resolve issues
Identify and escalate order roadblocks, proactively communicating delays and working toward resolution
Support sales and channel partners with quoting, contracting, and pipeline management
Gather complete and accurate data to generate quotes and present appropriate supplier options
Coordinate quote flow across internal tools and carrier systems, ensuring alignment and accuracy
Track and reconcile commissions tied to closed orders and active accounts, resolving discrepancies when needed
Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and reporting with a high level of accuracy and consistency
Monitor order progress against SLAs and internal metrics, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery
HMO coverage upon regularization, with one free dependent after one year of continuous service and another free dependent after two years of continuous service
