Act as the first line of technical support (tier 1 support)
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with patient billing, patient payments, and accounts receivable (AR) workflow automation
Help train customers to use the software
Ensure full HIPAA compliance at every level
Excellent communication skills
Good technical support experience
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to think outside the box
Ability to provide email, voice, and chat support at the same time
Attention to detail
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and responsiveness
Experience in accounts receivable (AR) and revenue cycle management (RCM), medical billing, electronic medical records (EMRs), and accounting
Basic to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions and features
HMO coverage upon regularization, with one free dependent after one year of continuous service and another free dependent after two years of continuous service
VL/SL credits upon regularization
