Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our affiliate network and drive revenue through client referrals. This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.

As a BDM, your primary focus will be

Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding professional affiliates (Accountants, Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, etc.).

Building and nurturing strong relationships with affiliates to ensure they are supported, informed, and successful.

Monitoring affiliate activity, providing resources and guidance to maximize referral outcomes.

Reporting progress and feedback to the management team to continually improve processes.

Optionally, generating direct client referrals for higher commissions.

Compensation Structure

5% override commission on any successful client referral from an affiliate you recruited.

Example: Affiliate refers a client paying £3,000 in fees → Affiliate earns £600, BDM earns £150.

20% commission for any direct client referral you generate.

The more affiliates you recruit and support, the greater your earning potential – there is no cap.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in business development, sales, or affiliate recruitment.

Strong professional network in accounting, real estate, mortgage, or financial advisory sectors is a plus.

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Almost native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Professional manner and polished communication in all interactions.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.

Ability to manage multiple relationships and provide ongoing support to partners.

Has a wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps and a backup connection.
