Job Title: Serviced Accommodation Team Lead

Role Overview

The Serviced Accommodation Team Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of securing short- to medium-term accommodation for clients and supervising a small team of Guest Associates. You act as the main point of contact between clients and accommodation providers, ensuring bookings are accurate, timely, and of high quality.

Clients, both international and local, submit their accommodation requirements via a booking hub. You will guide your team in sourcing, negotiating, and confirming properties, while maintaining strong relationships with property partners.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a small team of Guest Associates to ensure smooth operations
Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking serviced accommodation
Review and assess accommodation requests from the booking system
Source suitable properties through landlords, agents, and accommodation partners
Present accommodation options aligned with client budgets, preferences, and timelines
Negotiate pricing, availability, and booking terms with property partners
Oversee property acquisition discussions and decision-making where needed
Arrange and confirm bookings, contracts, and required documentation
Ensure a seamless process from inquiry to confirmed booking
Track inquiries, bookings, and team performance metrics
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and property partners
Ensure high client satisfaction through clear communication, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in serviced accommodation, hospitality, real estate, or a related role (preferred but not required)
Proven property acquisition experience, including sourcing and negotiating with property owners or agents
Previous experience managing or supervising a small team is required
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Experience with short-term rentals or serviced apartments is highly preferred
