🚨 NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED BAR MANAGER 🚨
We are looking for a strong, creative Bar Manager to lead bar operations for two popular Gainesville spots:
• 902 Bar & Grill (FM 902 – burgers, wings, casual vibe, martini nights & daily specials)
• Main Street Pub & Steakhouse (Historic downtown – steaks, pub classics & lively atmosphere)
What you’ll do:
• Oversee both bars: staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, and daily operations
• Create and launch specialized signature drinks and seasonal cocktails
• Develop and execute bar promotions, happy hours, events, and specials to drive traffic and sales
• Manage costs, pour accuracy, and bar profitability
• Maintain high standards for drink quality, speed of service, and guest experience
• Work closely with ownership and kitchen teams
What we need:
• 3+ years bar management experience in busy bar & grill or steakhouse environments
• Proven experience creating specialized drinks and running successful promotions
• Strong leadership, inventory systems knowledge, and cost-control skills
• Texas TABC certification (or ability to obtain)
• Energetic, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
