Employment Type: FULLTIME Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Payroll Specialist to manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a regular schedule
Ensure accurate computation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and benefits
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
Handle statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR)
Prepare and submit payroll reports and government filings
Address payroll-related inquiries from employees
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll adjustments
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling payroll for multiple employees or large workforce
Familiarity with HRIS or payroll software
