📍 RDA Mobile Phone Service Center – Davao City
We are looking for an additional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team!
🔧 Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
Handle receiving and releasing of mobile devices
Provide accurate service updates and follow-ups
Coordinate with technicians and backroom staff
Maintain proper documentation and records
✅ Qualifications:
At least Senior High School or College level/graduate
With or without experience (experience in customer service is an advantage)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate (MS Office / basic system navigation)
Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented
Can work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
