Smartcomp Solutions Inc. is now currently looking for Helpdesk Staff - Malate, Manila
Scope of work:
- Monitoring timestamp of field engineers
- Serve as first level support to the customers/clients through phone calls and emails.
- Responsible to send dispatched calls to engineers
- Responsible to call the engineers after service for updates
- Sorting of service reports of field engineers.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related course.
- Willing to work on-site, Malate, Manila
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
