WE ARE HIRING: Senior Accountant (Las Piñas City)
Are you a cost-savvy CPA with a background in the food and beverage industry? We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead our manufacturing-focused finance operations in Las Piñas!
The Essentials:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. CPA License is Required.
Experience: 5–8 years in Accounting, with at least 3 years in a Manufacturing environment (FMCG – Coffee, Ice Cream, & Beverages).
Technical Mastery: Strong background in Cost Accounting (BOM, COGM/COGS, and production variances) and Inventory Management (FIFO/Weighted Average).
Tech Stack: Proficiency in ERP systems like NetSuite, Zoho, or QuickBooks.
Tax Knowledge: Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance (VAT, EWT, FWT).
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Lead month-end/year-end closing and prepare accurate PFRS-compliant financial statements.
Manufacturing Focus: Monitor WIP and finished goods, maintain BOM accuracy, and analyze production costs (labor/overhead).
Inventory Control: Conduct monthly reconciliations and coordinate with warehouse teams to monitor slow-moving stocks.
Tax & Audit: Manage tax filings and lead annual audit preparations with external auditors.
Leadership: Supervise accounting staff, review reconciliations, and improve internal workflows.
