Qualifications:
1–3 years experience in a restaurant supervisory role
Strong leadership presence on the floor
Good communication and conflict management skills
Basic understanding of inventory and cash handling
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Position Summary
We are looking for Shift Managers who will be responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
This role ensures smooth service, food quality, cleanliness, and team coordination while maintaining a respectful and high-performance work environment.
The Shift Manager bridges management and crew — setting the tone for discipline, teamwork, and guest experience on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Operations
Lead front-of-house and back-of-house during assigned shifts
Ensure service speed, order accuracy, and food quality standards
Monitor cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations
Handle cash management and end-of-shift reconciliation
Resolve minor equipment and operational issues
Team Supervision
Assign station roles and manage manpower during peak hours
Coach team members in real time
Address performance issues respectfully and professionally
Ensure no verbal abuse or toxic behavior occurs on shift
Maintain team morale during high-pressure periods
Customer Experience
Handle customer complaints and service recovery
Ensure hospitality standards are consistently followed
Step in during rush hours to support operations
Cost Control Support
Monitor product usage and minimize waste
Flag inventory concerns to the General Manager
Support labor cost control through proper scheduling feedback
