Position: Collection Specialist ( Onsite )
Company name : Puso Partners Inc.
Location: Aspire Corporate Plaza,Pasay (CBP1 Bay Area )- 8th floor
Schedule : 6 days/week
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: 18,000-21,000/month
Pay: Semi Monthly Payout
Benefits: Government-mandated benefits provided- SSS /PAG IBIG / PHILHEALTH ( Complete / Full Remittance)
Qualifications:
-with or without experience in collections, customer service are welcome to apply.
-At least 2 years in college or a K-12 graduate
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
-Willing to work in Pasay City
Job Responsibilities:
-Contact clients to remind them of outstanding balances
-Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
-Maintain accurate records of collection activities
-Coordinate with internal departments regarding account status
-Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
-Meet daily and monthly collection targets
