We have a vacant position for:
Barista
Compensation
1. If accepted, 787.50 per day
2. Paid OT
3. Paid Holiday
4. 5 to 6 days a week pasok
5. Salary can be increased if good and consistent performance and good store sales.
Requirement:
1. Can memorize recipes and follow standard procedures ALWAYS (hindi sho-shortcut)
2. Can explain menu well to customers of all ages with A SMILE
3. Start as trainee: Trainable (kayang i-train) with training allowance and exam to be given minimum wage
4. Contract: minimum 1 year. Can be renewed if good performance.
Career
1. Lahat start sa basic work
2. Can eventually be Leader/Manager if capable
