We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative coordination while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor standards.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
β’ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
β’ Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping coordination
β’ Handle employee inquiries and HR-related concerns
β’ Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation
β’ Support company events, orientations, and training sessions
π Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field
β’ At least 1 year HR or administrative experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
β’ Strong communication and organizational skills
