📣 HIRING: FOR DIRECT HIRE (URGENT) Position: RECEPTIONIST (Clothes Alterations)
📍 Location: Quezon City
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Receive garments and record customer alteration requests.
Take accurate body measurements needed for clothing alterations.
Provide information on services, pricing, and completion timelines.
Coordinate with tailors regarding customer instructions and fitting requirements.
Maintain records of customer orders, fittings, and garment pick-ups.
Answer phone inquiries and schedule fitting appointments when needed.
Ensure the reception area and customer records are organized and properly maintained.
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or tailoring/alteration shop is an advantage.
Ability to take accurate body measurements using measuring tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Basic knowledge of garment measurements and clothing alterations is preferred.
