Commercial Program Manager - Adtech
Job details
Job description
Verve is building a more efficient, privacy-first advertising ecosystem. By integrating premium data, supply, and demand across screens and environments, Verve enables advertisers and publishers to transact with greater transparency, performance, and scale.
Verve’s ecosystem includes leading SSPs — Smaato, PubNative, and LKQD — delivering omnichannel reach across Mobile, Desktop, CTV, and DOOH. With 30 global offices and a rapidly growing marketplace, Verve is trusted by 90 of the top 100 U.S. advertisers, 4,000+ publishers worldwide, and the industry’s leading demand-side platforms.
We’re looking for a delivery-focused Program Manager to join the CEO Offices Program Management team. This is an individual contributor role working across commercial and go-to-market functions to bring structure, pace, and delivery rigor to high-priority initiatives. You’ll be working alongside specialist counterparts in AI, technical, commercial, product and strategic delivery in a fast-paced and dynamic AdTech environment.
Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
Lead discovery and scoping exercises, then drive implementation
Act as a “doer” as well as a driver, translating priorities into structured delivery plans and jumping in where needed to keep initiatives moving
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track initiative progress and performance
Produce clear, reliable reporting on initiative status for senior leadership and the CEO Office
Collaborate with counterpart PMs to ensure activity streams join up with the wider program portfolio
What Success Looks Like In this Role
Initiatives move faster and more predictably because of the structure and drive you bring
Senior stakeholders trust your reporting and see you as a credible delivery partner, not a process overhead
You adapt quickly in a fast paced, M&A-active environment without losing delivery momentum or detail
You operate with the rigour expected of the CEO Office - clear thinking, strong communication, no loose ends
