Job OpeningsSales Account Representative (Field / Outside Sales)
We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Representative to help expand our presence in a growing market.
This is a true field / outside sales role. You’ll own your territory, spend your days meeting clients face-to-face, building long-term relationships, and closing new business. You’ll be backed by a strong brand, proven sales systems, and a high-performing team that wants you to win.

Own and grow a defined sales territory
Build relationships with property managers, restoration contractors, real estate professionals, and insurance contacts
Serve as a trusted advisor for clients needing environmental testing services (asbestos, mold, lead, bacteria, etc.)
Prospect and generate new business through office visits, site visits, industry events, trade shows, and daily face-to-face outreach
Qualify opportunities by understanding client needs, timelines, budgets, and competitive landscape
Manage your pipeline from first contact through close, while consistently adding new prospects
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Follow up with existing clients to identify upsell and repeat business opportunities
Stay current on market trends and clearly communicate what sets Vert Environmental apart
Collaborate with the sales team, share best practices, and contribute to team growth
Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry events
Help onboard and mentor new sales representatives as the team scales
Field / outside sales experience, including face-to-face client meetings, site visits, or territory management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Comfortable with local travel as part of your daily routine
Strong prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your time independently
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay focused on results
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required; industry experience is a plus
