Role Overview

As Workplace IT Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure and IT equipment while meeting the technology needs of employees across Cryptonow Group. You will manage the employee device lifecycle, application deployments, maintain infrastructure services whilst providing seamless IT support for the entire team ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-user device lifecycle (enrollment, setup, maintenance, replacement, secure retirement) and coordinate laptop roll-outs and setups.

Administer Microsoft Intune (MDM) to enforce security baselines, compliance monitoring, and device policy remediation.

Provide Tier 1–2 user laptop support, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and basic network/WLAN issues.

Support WLAN operations by managing access, resolving connectivity issues, and coordinating with external providers as needed.

Manage identity and access, including account provisioning/deprovisioning and least-privilege access permissions, in close collaboration with HR.

Maintain IT asset inventory (assignment, tracking, stock, audits) including warranties, repairs, and lifecycle documentation.

Deliver ICT employee training and onboarding guidance (tools, devices, access, and security best practices) and maintain documentation/policies.

Qualifications

Experience with MDM platforms (Microsoft Intune)

Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android administration

Understanding of networking fundamentals

Server administration (Windows Server, Linux Server)

Active Directory and user management

Basic scripting and automation skills

Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
