Talent Partner

We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Partner to join our team at Combine Global Recruitment. As a Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies, enhancing our competitive advantage, and driving our growth. Acting as a trusted advisor and recruitment expert, you will work closely with senior leaders to deeply understand existing talent needs and future workforce requirements.

Responsibilities

Leading the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

Establishing deep partnerships with hiring teams, fostering a thorough understanding of their needs and providing expert consultation on recruitment processes and market trends.

Utilising data and market intelligence to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.

Managing innovative sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top-tier talent across various platforms and ensuring candidate pipelines remain robust.

Staying ahead of industry trends, delivering strategic insights to the team and proactively addressing any potential talent gaps.

Ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven experience as a Talent Partner or similar role in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Experience with successfully managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and implementing sourcing strategies.

Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
