NodeJS Developer

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js aligned with business and technical requirements.

Build and expose RESTful APIs following best practices in API design, security, and performance.

Develop and optimize database queries, schemas, and transactions using MySQL or SQL Server.

Configure and manage APIs using API management platforms such as IBM API Connect, including publishing, security policies, and access control.

Support deployment, testing, debugging, and performance tuning of backend services and APIs across environments.

Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and scalable system integration.

Requirements

Job Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related 4-year course.

3–5 years of experience in backend or API development using Node.js.

Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development principles.

Proficient in working with relational databases such as MySQL and/or SQL Server.

Experience with API management platforms such as IBM API Connect or similar tools.

Familiar with API security standards including JWT, OAuth, and API key management.

Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
