Your Role

As a Planning & Permits Data Amin, you will be responsible for

1. Ensure all job requests given by POC's are adhered to in accordance with the set time frames made by the requester.
2. Assist in conducting training for newly hired Planning & Permits Data Admin
3. Gives input in how to measure performance and changes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the Planning & Permits Team.

4.Update all trackers in a timely manner for EOD reporting.

1. Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement

What You Need

Non-Negotiable Requirements

1. Highly developed software skills in Microsoft 365 Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
2. Broad knowledge in the Data admin/Entry Task.
3. Flexible with additional duties as directed
