Staff Test Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, coach and manage a team of test engineers working on new product test development and test cost reduction activities on the ATE

Innovation in test engineering to improve test efficiency and test development cycle time

Responsible for development of product test plans, schedules, allocation of resources, and project tracking and execution

Work with cross functional teams to develop test development strategy that meets product requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering
Minimum 12 years of experience in developing ATE test hardware and software for Final Test or Wafer Probe
Strong leadership skills with good execution track record
Knowledgeable in analog, mixed signal, and digital IC test methods and tools
Experience with ETS-88/ETS-364 testers
Experience in testing high voltage power management ICs preferred
Previous experience managing a Test Development Team highly desirable
