The Purchasing Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to procurement operations by assisting with purchase order processing, supplier coordination, documentation management, and inventory tracking. The role supports timely procurement of operational materials and services required across multiple service sites, ensuring compliance with internal purchasing procedures and service delivery requirements.
This position plays an important role in supporting facilities service operations by helping maintain availability of cleaning supplies, site consumables, uniforms, and equipment used by frontline teams across geographically distributed locations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
At least 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement administration, or supply chain support roles
Experience supporting multi-site or operations-driven environments is an advantage
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
Experience working with procurement systems, ERP platforms, or purchasing tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across operations and finance teams
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (If applicable)
Exposure to facilities services, property services, or maintenance operations environments
Experience supporting supplier coordination and inventory tracking activities
Familiarity with purchase order lifecycle processes and procurement compliance standards
Experience working with geographically distributed operational teams
