Work Arrangement: Hybrid – predominantly WFH, works outside to meet clients as needed

Work Schedule: Shifting, no fixed weekends off, no guaranteed local holidays off, may be requested to go on OT as needed

Work Location: Las Piñas

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Support Quality Analyst
Minimum of 3 years experience as IT Support with knowledge of troubleshooting and remote assistance
Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily engineer audits and energize the team through engaging calibration sessions.

Provide hands-on, side-by-side audits coupled with real-time coaching to empower engineers.

Host dynamic weekly ticket reviews with team leaders, and share impactful QA updates via roadshows and training sessions.

Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports, while swiftly escalating any quality concerns to management.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed, collaborating seamlessly across departments to drive success.

Key Technical Skills

Deep knowledge of process flow and development, paired with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skilled in crafting, testing, and documenting innovative and efficient IT testing solutions.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, swiftly adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in dynamic, team-driven environments.

Highly detail-oriented and self-driven, with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer care.

Hands-on experience managing IT systems, including installation, maintenance, and operations support within call center and corporate environments.

Professional and adaptable, always striving to surpass expectations and deliver top-tier results.
