Join our dynamic team as a WFM MIS Analyst at CallTek! This is a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and management of our Management Information Systems (MIS), focusing on workforce management analytics and reporting. This position is essential for providing insights that drive operational efficiency and enhance decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to present KPIs and business metrics.

Transform raw data into meaningful insights through advanced data modeling and visualization techniques.

Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting outputs.

Track and analyze trends, variances, and patterns to support operational and strategic decisions.

Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by stakeholders

Work closely with business units to understand reporting requirements

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements in data reporting and analysis.

Train end-users on Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting capabilities.

Requirements

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as a WFM Analyst, MIS Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a call center environment. (reporting, analytics, or BI development)

Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Excel).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work on-site.

Willing to work on a night shift.
