Job Role: HubSpot Automation & CRM Specialist (Lifecycle Focused)
Compensation range: $2,500 - $3,500 AUD/month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9.00 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

They combine design, engineering, and digital innovation to deliver high-quality products and seamless customer experiences. The business is heavily focused on e-commerce growth, system integrations, and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey across digital platforms.
We are looking for a HubSpot specialist to own, build, and continuously improve our lifecycle marketing and CRM system.
This is not a generalist marketing role.
Designing and implementing end-to-end workflows
Structuring and maintaining clean CRM data
Improving lead conversion across the funnel
You will work closely with our growth and development teams to ensure that all customer interactions — from first touch through to purchase — are captured, tracked, and optimised inside HubSpot.
Design, build, and optimise HubSpot workflows (lead nurture, lifecycle stages, automation logic)
Take ownership of improving lead-to-customer conversion across key funnels
Own and maintain CRM structure, including properties, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
Build and manage lead funnels, including test ride bookings, D2C purchase journeys, and B2B / dealer leads
Implement lead scoring and segmentation
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HubSpot and integrated systems
Work closely with developers to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data capture into HubSpot
Build and maintain dashboards for conversion rates, funnel performance, and lead quality
Identify and fix issues such as broken workflows, duplicate data, and poor attribution
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
