We’re looking for a high-agency Growth Associate (m/f/d) to build and scale go-to-market efforts at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

Operating at the forefront of the AI stack, the company is building the foundation for the next generation of AI products - empowering businesses to scale intelligent systems more efficiently than ever before.

In this role, you’ll

Design, test and scale multi-channel prospecting strategies to generate conversations with high-value AI and tech companies
Lead early customer conversations to uncover high-impact use cases and translate them into commercial opportunities
Translate technical capabilities into clear business value tailored to different personas
Build a predictable pipeline by consistently generating and qualifying high-quality opportunities
Define ICPs, segment markets, design campaigns and experiment across channels
Analyze funnel performance, extract insights and iterate quickly on what works
Define processes, tooling (CRM, outreach, data) and best practices for a scalable growth engine

Your Profile

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting or other commercial roles

Strong interest in building scalable growth engines and understanding how GTM systems work

Comfortable speaking with customers and turning insights into action

High level of ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity without predefined playbooks

Data-driven mindset with an understanding of funnel metrics and performance optimization

Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

Curiosity for modern AI systems and how technical products are built

Please note that this position is based in Berlin.

  • Experience working in an early-stage startup
  • Familiarity with modern growth tooling (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist)
  • Exposure to AI products or technical environments
