Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.

Prepare and review department-level P&Ls, company-wide P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, and Sales Channel reports.

Provide detailed analysis and commentary to support the executive financial package and guide strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with annual audits and support preparation of audit schedules and documentation.

Monitor and report on bank covenants related to real estate loans on a monthly basis.

Collaborate with department heads to ensure accuracy of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes across multiple departments.

Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency and scalability of financial systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience at the Senior Accountant level.

Strong operational accounting background with exposure to multi-departmental environments.

Experience with wholesale/retail product-based businesses and inventory accounting strongly preferred.

Proven track record of preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and variance reports.

Familiarity with audit processes and bank reporting requirements.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial insights to executives.

Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific time

Work Setup: Work from home
