This role is responsible for driving App Store Optimization (ASO) growth across multiple global markets by leading keyword research, metadata optimization, and experimentation. The position focuses on improving app visibility, rankings, conversion rates, and organic installs through data analysis, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration with SEO/SEM, Product, and Marketing teams.
Conduct in-depth keyword research across key markets (India, SEA, Europe, etc.)
Optimize metadata including titles, subtitles, keywords, and descriptions
Plan and execute metadata-focused A/B tests (design work handled by the design team)
Improve app visibility, rankings, conversion_rate, and organic installs
Monitor competitor listings, keyword strategies, and category ranking trends
Deliver monthly ASO performance reports with insights and action plans
Manage localized metadata for EN-IN, EN-EU, ZH, TH, and other markets
Ensure keyword relevance and alignment with local search intent
Work closely with the SEO/SEM team to align overall acquisition strategy
Analyze impressions, listing views, conversion rates, and install trends
Identify growth opportunities and diagnose performance issues
Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
Coordinate metadata release timing with the Product Team
Align keyword and messaging strategy with SEO/SEM teams
Collaborate with Marketing/Content teams (no design work required)
3+ years of hands-on ASO experience
Excellent proficiency in both English and Chinese
We are specifically looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be supporting and communicating with our Mandarin-speaking customers
Strong understanding of App Store & Google Play algorithms
Proven track record improving visibility, rankings, and organic installs
Strong experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, MobileAction, Ahrefs, etc.)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to independently manage multi-region ASO projects
Experience with A/B testing methodologies
Experience with fintech apps
Experience working in a digital agency
Familiarity with Appsflyer / Adjust
Experience with India, SEA, or Europe markets
