Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Brand and Membership, spanning digital and on-ground touchpoints
Drive end-to-end campaign delivery, from ideation and content development to execution, optimisation and post-campaign analysis
Support key brand moments, launches and activations that strengthen *SCAPE’s positioning as a space for youth, by youth, with youth
Safeguard and operationalise *SCAPE’s brand identity across spatial, digital, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring consistency with the Brand Playbook
Collaborate with designers, agencies and partners to develop compelling, youth-relevant creatives and content
Drive growth and engagement of *SCAPE’s membership ecosystem through campaigns, content and partner collaborations
Build and nurture youth communities across digital and on-ground platforms, driving participation, retention and advocacy
Support optimisation of *SCAPE’s digital platforms (e.g. website, app) to enhance user experience, discoverability and conversion
Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and platform performance, translating data into actionable insights and improvements
Manage budgets, quotations and vendor processes, with accuracy, accountability and operational efficiency
1–3 years preferred, ideally in a marketing, brand management and/or CRM/membership operations
A proactive self-starter who can think strategically and execute hands-on, turning ideas into impactful campaigns and experiences
Strong collaborator with effective stakeholder management skills, able to work seamlessly across internal teams, partners, tenants and vendors to deliver integrated outcomes
Detail-oriented with sound budget awareness and vendor management capabilities, ensuring quality, efficiency and accountability in execution
Passionate about youth culture, branding and experiential marketing, with a strong instinct for what resonates with youth audiences
Digitally savvy, with working knowledge of website optimisation (UX/UI, content) and performance tracking and analysis to continuously improve user journeys and conversion
Able to build and grow communities across digital and membership platforms, driving engagement, retention and advocacy within the *SCAPE ecosystem
Good eye for design and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, with sensitivity to brand consistency and visual storytelling
Adaptable and hands-on, with willingness to work evenings and weekends when required to support events, activations and key programmes
