This role combines hands-on clinical work with meaningful leadership. You’ll use your clinical expertise and leadership capability to support and grow our ACT team while continuing to deliver high-quality therapy services to participants across school, home, and community settings.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Allied Health professional who is passionate about leadership and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will bring:
Qualification as an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA registration
Experience delivering services under the NDIS
Experience working as a senior clinician (previous Team Leader experience is not required)
A genuine passion for leading, mentoring, and empowering Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists
Strong clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice
A desire to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals of all abilities
