Fund Accounting (Asset Management) / 회계 (자산운용관리) (AM6)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Fund accounting operations, including fund setup, termination, distributions, investment instructions, and financial closing
Review of tax filing documents, including VAT and corporate income tax
Issuance and management of tax invoices and receipts for fund management fees
Preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders related to funds
Other ancillary tasks related to fund operations

Requirements

Under 5 years of experience in asset management companies, general administrative management firms, or accounting firms, Property Management (PM)
Preferably with a background or experience in real estate accounting
English communication skills preferred

부동산 회계관련 전공자 및 경력자 우대
영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대
