Facilitate inter-departmental projects that require community mobilization.

Oversee incentive programs and rigorously monitor their ROI and effectiveness.

Monitor competitor shifts and track community sentiment to anticipate market trends.

Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.

Enforce strict adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree of any related course

3+ years experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.

Computer literate, experience in google sheets, docs and forms.

Willing to work beyond his regular working hours if necessary, can perform other department processes with less supervision.
