The Junior Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support to clients across multiple communication channels. This role serves as a key frontline position, ensuring client inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining service standards and regulatory obligations. The position is ideal for individuals early in their career who are developing strong customer service, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills within the financial services industry.
Assist clients with account-related queries, platform navigation, and basic trading support
Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior team members in accordance with internal procedures
Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data protection requirements at all times
Maintain accurate and detailed case notes within internal systems
Meet individual and team service level agreements (SLAs), including response time and resolution targets
Participate in ongoing training to build product, platform, and market knowledge
Strong written communication skills with a client-focused mindset
Familiarity with Zendesk.
Basic understanding of online trading platforms or willingness to learn
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
