Requirements

Fluent in both Spanish and English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in a call center or dispatching environment is an advantage

Basic knowledge of towing, roadside assistance, or transportation services is preferred
Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools
