Our client, a globally recognized lifestyle and design brand, is looking for a Production & Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing and supplier operations. In this role, you will manage the full production lifecycle-from product concept to final delivery—while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time execution across multiple product lines.
You will work cross-functionally with design, product development, marketing, and logistics teams to bring creative products to life at scale, while maintaining strong relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers.
Manage the full production lifecycle across multiple product lines and SKUs, from development through delivery
Create tech packs, costing sheets, and production briefs to translate concepts into production-ready specifications
Source, evaluate, and onboard global manufacturers while negotiating pricing, MOQs, and timelines
Build and manage production timelines to ensure launches stay on track
Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align on product execution and delivery
Oversee sampling processes, including reviewing and approving samples with clear feedback
Track production progress, identify delays, and resolve issues with suppliers proactively
Ensure consistent product quality across all production runs, including materials, construction, and packaging
Manage costing to meet margin targets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Support inventory planning and production quantities based on demand forecasts
Maintain accurate production documentation, purchase orders, and supplier records
Support retail partnerships with product timelines, requirements, and exclusive launches
Experience managing end-to-end production and sourcing for consumer products such as apparel, accessories, stationery, or similar
Strong knowledge of global manufacturing and experience working with overseas suppliers
Proven ability to negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production timelines
Experience creating tech packs, costing sheets, and production documentation
Hands-on experience with product development cycles, including sampling and quality control
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule
Strong communication and supplier management skills
