What You Will Do

• Schedule home health visits for nurses and clinicians
• Coordinate patient visits to ensure timely care delivery
• Communicate with clinicians, patients, and leadership regarding schedules
• Manage schedule changes and urgent visit requests
• Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling systems
• Support the clinical team to keep patient care running smoothly

What You Bring

• Strong organization and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Dedication to supporting patient care
• One year of healthcare or medical office experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology required
• Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
