Work Experience

• At least have 2 years of experience as Team Lead
• Must have Collections experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze workload and plan capacity according to company guidelines.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage customer credit proactively in collaboration with leadership.

Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Data teams to ensure success.

Oversee collections to improve receivables metrics.

Ensure accurate and timely audit compliance.

Handle and resolve escalations professionally.
